New Obama Executive Order Seizes U.S. Infrastructure and Citizens for Military Preparedness

In a stunning move, on March 16, 2012, Barack Obama signed an Executive Order stating that the President and his specifically designated Secretaries now have the authority to commandeer all domestic U.S. resources including food and water. The EO also states that the President and his Secretaries have the authority to seize all transportation, energy, and infrastructure inside the United States as well as forcibly induct/draft American citizens into the military. The EO also contains a vague reference in regards to harnessing American citizens to fulfill “labor requirements” for the purposes of national defense.


Not only that, but the authority claimed inside the EO does not only apply to National Emergencies and times of war. It also applies in peacetime.


The National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order exploits the “authority” granted to the President in the Defense Production Act of 1950 in order to assert that virtually every means of human survival is now available for confiscation and control by the President via his and his Secretaries’ whim.


The unconstitutionality of the overwhelming majority of Executive Orders is well established, as well as the illegality of denying citizens their basic Constitutional and human rights, even in the event of a legitimate national emergency. Likewise, it should also be pointed out that, like Obama’s recent Libyan adventure and the foregone conclusion of a Syrian intervention, there is no mention of Congress beyond a minor role of keeping the allegedly co-equal branch of government informed on contextually meaningless developments.

As was mentioned above, the scope of the EO is virtually all-encompassing. For instance, in “Section 201 – Priorities and Allocations Authorities,” the EO explains that the authority for the actions described in the opening paragraph rests with the President but is now delegated to the various Secretaries of the U.S. Federal Government. The list of delegations and the responsibility of the Secretaries as provided in this section are as follows:

(1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;

(2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;

(3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;

(4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;

(5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and

(6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.

One need only to read the “Definitions” section of the EO in order to clearly see that terms such as “food resources” is an umbrella that includes literally every form of food and food-related product that could in any way be beneficial to human survival.

We have politicians putting on the ‘face’ of human service in the House and Senate these days. These zombie, people impersonators are peppered through the ranks of Republicans and Democrats. Their treasonous drool is staining our Constitution, freedoms, and pocket books. health and reputation as people.

It is time for a real Doctor to weigh in on the dying patient. There can be no more radiation, chemo or surgeries. The disease has spread everywhere. Congress and our President cannot be trusted. There are only three ways to save the patient now: 1) Cut out 100% of the Obama and anti America infection in November 2012. 2) Pray to the living God of the Holy Bible for help and guidance. 3) Put in a President in 2012 who loves and submits to the God of the Holy Bible, loves the United States of America and has real and visionary ideas to get us back on track.

I don’t know about you but I like plain talk and am sick of the sea of betrayals, attacks and lies by the Obama regime and anti America scum in the House and Senate. Why are there polite lunches and ‘appropriate anything’ at this stage? There should be screaming, pounding of fists on tables and demands by real conservatives in the House and Senate that the attacks and constitutional breaches stop at the hands of Obama’s regime.

You would have thought ages ago, our congress would have filed impeachment papers against this President, but no. Whether the Senate cooperated or not it doesn’t matter a hill of beans. Some of our political leaders filing impeachment papers against Obama would have demonstrated at least leadership amidst rampant corruption in the White House!

NWO: Elite Campaign to Re-Elect Obama in Full Swing?

From the Washington Post, we learn that “January job gains have economists rethinking outlooks.”

Oh, really? Last I looked, the bear leg of the larger business cycle was still in full effect. Nothing’s changed in other words, since 2001 – or more pertinently 2008, when according to our elvish analysis the fiat-dollar economy, worldwide, collapsed.

How do we know it collapsed? Well, various central banks have committed possibly more than US$50 trillion since then to propping up various financial facilities. That doesn’t sound very healthy, does it? Say, you go ask for a US$50 trillion loan (if you can figure out where to apply) and see whether you get it.

More on this in a minute. The idea of an up-trending of the US economy is nothing more than a bald-faced lie, the most devious kind of propaganda. Here’s a bit more from the article:

An unexpectedly rosy jobs report set off a chain reaction Friday, upending economists’ gloomy predictions for the coming year, leading to a surge on Wall Street and potentially boggling the political calculus of the 2012 presidential campaigns.

The surprise — that the unemployment rate had dipped for the fifth straight month, to 8.3 percent — was first reflected in the stock market, where the Dow Jones industrial average soared to its highest mark since the beginning of the financial crisis. The tech-heavy Nasdaq, meanwhile, hit an 11-year high.

By noon, President Obama, whose reelection chances have been threatened by the nation’s economic woes, seized on the figures as proof that the recovery from the recession “is speeding up.”

They should convince us (along with numerous previous articles of late on the same theme) that there is a mysterious, organizing force behind Obama that has thrown its weight behind his election. Call it Money Power. Call it the power elite. Obama is its chosen receptacle. They may stop at nothing to gain his reelection.

NWO: U.S. Officials Believe Netanyahu Has Already Decided to Strike Iran

Channel 2 in Israel, sourcing a “senior American official”, says that the decision has already been made by the Israeli government to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities.
“All U.S. intelligence officials are confident the Israeli leadership has already decided to attack Iran, unless a significant change happens in the coming weeks or months with the Iranian nuclear program,” Channel 2 reports.
The report comes just hours ahead of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to AIPAC in Washington.
AIPAC is the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and is widely considered the most powerful pro-Israel lobby group in the United States.
“A senior official stressed in a conversation with News 2 there is a dispute between Israel and the United States on the question of ‘day after’, which means the price of attacking Iranian nuclear facilities,” Channel 2′s report says.
American officials have warned their Israeli counterparts about a regional war following an attack on Iran, along with the collapse of Israel’s stock market and an arms race in the Middle East, according to the report.
In response to the American official’s statement to Channel 2, “sources close to Netanyahu” said the U.S. is doing what it can to “handcuff” the Israelis and to “frighten the Israeli public”.
